Miriam (Mim) is a gentle caring and ethical dentist who qualified in 1995 from King’s College London. Her father, brother and nephew were or are all dentists. With nearly 30 years experience in all aspects of general dentistry, her particular passion has become cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign. She has successfully completed over 200 cases in the last 12 years.
She aims to consider all aspects of your smile and the way your teeth bite together to provide you with long lasting, predictable and good aesthetic results. Purchasing the iTero digital scanner in 2019, she can now monitor aspects of wear, erosion and gum changes in minute detail to predict and pre-empt further deterioration. Specialised tooth whitening techniques and ICON techniques (see our treatments section) are also of particular interest.
As an ex-county swimmer, Mim is now doing competitive swim training again but also spends her free time with friends, on her SUP board or in her wellies in her garden. Two grown up boys means she can now start learning more about her other passions, bronze resin sculptures and Reiki healing.
Mim’s physiology degree and non conventional medicine knowledge means she can often give wise advice about more than just teeth.

Chris qualified from Queen’s University Belfast in 1998. He enjoys building a patient rapport with anxious individuals to put them at ease before and during treatment. A gentle and informative approach to treatment planning and explaining options clearly and ethically is at the core of his practice. Chris takes job satisfaction producing vibrant, life like, restorative and cosmetic treatments. He is happy when his patients are satisfied and are more confident with their smiles.
Chris is especially interested in minimally invasive and preventive dentistry for the entire family. A problem spotted early and stopped before it is beyond the point of natural healing is always better than later intervention.
Chris is keen on improving aesthetics and smiles with Invisalign and Whitening systems, preferring to improve what nature has provided rather than drill it away to replace it. When a full mouth makeover is required, Chris has experience in techniques such as composite bonding, ceramics and implant restoration.
Chris believes in a state of the art approach to customer care and delivery of treatment. He utilises digital dentistry, including 3D scanning (digital impressions) and Cad/Cam precision fabrication of dental laboratory work. He uses some of the finest laboratories in the country and is eager to further increase his use of digital smile design with these labs.
Outside dentistry Chris enjoys spending time with his family and fantastic daughter, he loves travel, exploring new places and finding new music.
Chris is so approachable, he’s a ‘door always open for professional advice’ kind of colleague. Qualified in dental knowledge and Master of IT knowledge.
